Sunrise Fasteners, Inc. was founded in June 1993 by Thomas Graham. With many years of experience working for leading distributors in the industry, Tom decided to launch his own company to provide the level of quality and service he felt his customers deserved and to build a company culture of integrity and respect.
The company quickly grew from a one-man operation in a small warehouse to a much larger 10,000 sq foot facility on Upland Rd. Located there for 20 years, Sunrise Fasteners grew to 12 employees and earned a reputation as a leading fastener distributor for Houston’s manufacturers.
In 2014, Tom’s daughter Randi Graham joined the business from a management career in large corporations and nonprofits to run finance and daily operations and learn the fastener industry. We are excited to continue to grow the business as a family endeavor.
As part of that effort, in November 2016, we relocated the business to Katy to a newly built, state-of-the-art 16,800 sq foot facility. We have been excited to continue to serve our existing customers from our new space and to continue to grow our business.

Our commitment to our customers, vendors and employees:
We will always conduct our business in such a way that our integrity is never questioned by those people that we deal with.
We will never knowingly conduct our business in such a way that we will be in violation of established laws.
We must always conduct our business in such a way that everyone we deal with knows that they are being treated fairly.
We must never knowingly sell an inferior product to our customers, nor will we accept inferior product from our vendors.
We understand that in the routine course of business, there will be times when setting aside our ethics could result in short term gains. We must never allow this to happen. We understand that our morals and ethics are the only thing that differentiates us from those individuals residing in the state and federal prisons.
When confronted by situations where the proper course of action may not be clear, the president of the corporation will be available to make a final judgement. In the president’s absence, the corporation recognizes the value of multiple opinion; we are confident that our ethics and goals have been clearly stated and understood by all employees. We know without a doubt that our employees will make the proper decision.
