Our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program takes the work of managing your fastener inventory off of your buyers. Our VMI team works with you to establish a product list and stocking schedule to meet your needs, whether that is monthly, weekly or even tri-weekly. We ensure the fasteners you need are there when your team needs them. Kitting
Our Kitting Services help you maximize your assembly processes and minimize errors. We build, package and label kits to meet each customer’s needs. Whether you are managing off-site assembly issues, need fastener kits for post-sale assembly, or are just trying to reduce errors and increase efficiency in your assembly line, we can help. Quality Assurance
Since our founding in 1993, Sunrise Fasteners, Inc. maintains a strong commitment to quality assurance. All business at our company is done in accordance with our Company Code of Conduct. We incorporate multiple checkpoints throughout our processes to ensure that the correct high quality product is ordered, inspected, packaged and shipped.
We are happy to provide Material and Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for any order if requested at the time of order. Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) are also available as needed. We maintain a range of physical and electronic gages to test product quality on receipt.
